Position: Administrator | In: Portsmouth | Salary: £24,000

Full Time | Permenant

Elite HR are working with a client based in Havant who are looking for an experienced Administrator. Position

  •     Up to 37.5 hours per week (flexibility on hours can be agreed)
  •     Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:45 pm
  •     Hybrid working, 1 day per week
  •     Salary of £24,000 per annum

Role

  •     Producing Letters
  •     Note Taking
  •     Raising tickets for work orders
  •     Ordering uniforms
  •     Producing staff ID cards
  •     Inputting cost centre changes onto the company data base
  •     Reviewing triggered absences and highlighting as appropriate
  •     Processing resignations
  •     Processing Occupational Health Surveillance requests

Person Specification

  •     Strong IT skills and knowledge with all Microsoft packages
  •     Ability to prioritise and demonstrate a sense of urgency with tasks
  •     Great attention to detail
  •     All round team player

Position: Pensions Administrator | In: Portsmouth | Salary: Up to £26,000

Full Time | Permanent Position

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator for our client based in the Portsmouth area, offering a salary of up to £26,000 (dependant on experiance) with generous hybrid working and benefits package.

As the successful Pensions Administrator your duties will include:

  • Following internal processes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and develop an awareness of their working practices
  • Create and maintain consistent and accurate records
  • Administering and processing pension and death benefits calculations
  • Payment of benefits using payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension benefit cases
  • Bank reconciliation and payment processing
  • Transfers in and out both as cash and in specie
  • Participate in annual projects such as tax code uplifts, annual statements, regulatory reporting, residency tax status updates
  • Taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects and exercises.
  • Monitoring on going procedural developments and implementing changes to procedures where required.
