It’s an exciting time of year here at Elite HR as not only are we all singing Christmas songs and eating chocolates, mince pies and biscuits like they’re going out of fashion, we’re also working hard to ensure our candidates are placed and our clients’ vacancies are filled over the festive period!
It’s been a busy time for the team with Jane fulfilling speaking engagements to CIPD students at Highbury College as well to students at the University of Portsmouth over the last couple of weeks.
We’ve also had a hectic period registering some great candidates over the last couple of weeks and our meetings with prospective candidates off site – at Port Solent, Lakeside and Hedge End in particular – have been really successful. Do please get in touch if you would like us to come and meet you somewhere closer to your home or workplace in the New Year, we’re happy to travel in order to make life easier for you!
Excitingly, we have now booked dates for the next three HR Leaders’ Forums.
- The forum on 24th January is about your ‘Company Brand’ and our guest speakers are Richard Frost and Kirsty Brooks from People Perform.
- The next forum is then scheduled for 7th March and will be Beth Wood talking about ‘Mind Fitness Training’
- Then the forum taking place on 10th April will see Peter Wakefield from Loving Monday leading a session entitled ‘The future of employee engagement and why it matters to you’
Owing to the increasingly high numbers wishing to attend these popular events, please let the Elite HR team know if you would like to attend as soon as possible. Can you also kindly advise us if you have any access and/or special dietary requirements?
As with our previous HR Leaders’ Forums, we will be offering these event on a ‘first come, first served’ basis as we have to restrict the number attending to 22. We anticipate that this event will be booked quickly so don’t delay, call us today on 023 9275 1000.
So, as well as looking forward to Christmas, Sarah is jetting off to Budapest for a quick pre-Christmas break and we are anticipating a new arrival in early 2019 (and we don’t mean Jane’s new kitten, Claude). More details to follow in our first 2019 update after the festivities!
Now it just remains for everyone here at Elite HR to wish all of our candidates and clients a very merry Christmas and all the very best for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!
